Summary

The development strategy of the Russian maritime activities until 2030 provides transition to integrated development planning of coastal areas and coastal waters of specific coasts using performance-based method, selecting them as a single object of government. The above approach was adopted in the socio-economic development of the federal districts and action plans for their implementation.
