Relevance of the topic due to the very strategic mission of the Federal University: formation and development of competitive human capital in the federal districts through the development and implementation of innovative services and developments. The priorities of the federal universities are: assistance in the formation of macro-regional clusters of innovative interdisciplinary cooperation system industry, business, infrastructure, innovation, research and educational organizations. The purpose of the round table primarily dealt with the issue of the role of the federal universities in building strategy for the region.
